Happy New Year!!!

Happy New Year KY folks! May the new 1432H chapter brings more bless and joyness to us. Learning from the past hijrah done by prophet Muhammad and his companions, we, too, should mark the new year for our turning point of being a well-balanced students. Nothing much to wish further, except for stressing dear Muslims to fast on the day of Asyura’; the tenth of Muharram…*reminder; dining hall is not open on that particular day… ahaks.

And hey, what’s the significance of this special day? Do you all know? 10th. Of Muharram is the day of…

  1. Sins of our ancestor, Adam, been forgave.
  2. Crucifixion of Jesus.
  3. Noah’s ark settled on mount of Judi.
  4. Moses crossed the Red Sea.
  5. the first rain poured on Earth.
  6. the first day of creation of sky and Earth
  7. Prophet Yunus been escaped free from the belly of the whale
See? The 10th. Of Muharram was the day of God’s merciness upon human. Most of the prophets and human civilizations received blessings on this day as been stated clearly in the Bible and the holy Quran. There were lots more events happened on the day of Asyura’, but I think seven of them were enough. So, let’s get fasting!!!
